The application PDA based Call Mgmt System is essential solution for
automating the backend process and enabling organizations to attend
to their customer queries in minimal time frame and efficiently
Scope
PDA Call Mgmt System is an efficient solution enabling the organization’s
support engineers to address customer queries without even visiting
the office for the call details. In this all the customer queries and
complaints are stored in a central server. In this case each customer
has been allotted a support Engineers based on customer ID.
Within PCMS, everyday the administrator will assign all the calls query
and details to the support Engineers. Thus support Engineers can download
all the calls queries details thru their PDA and GPRS enabled mobile
phone. In this way the support Engineers get all the details of the
calls to be attended with the query or problem, so he doesn’t
need to go the office to collect these details.
Upon solving the customer query/problem and call completion,
the support Engineers can upload all the call completion details thru
his PDA (and the mobile phone) to the central sever and would move on
to the next customer call activity. And if there are no calls then the
support Engineers should return to the office.
During uploading the call completion details the support
Engineers has to put his digital signature using a digital pen or light
pen and then upload all the details.
Within PCMS, all the support Engineers would be assigned
a unique id and password, so as to login, download or upload required
data from the central server.
All the call activities and status details are
available to the administrator for monitoring and administrative purpose.
